KNOXKnox knee protectors Action Pro

Knox Action Pro – Knee Guards

The Action Pro knee guards are the most discreet and comfortable protective solution in the Knox range, engineered for all-day wear under any trousers. They serve as the perfect alternative to bulky external knee pads, offering professional-grade protection in the form of lightweight, stretchable sleeves. Thanks to Micro-Lock Compact technology, these guards are virtually unnoticeable while walking, yet provide maximum security during an impact.

Key Technical Features:

• Micro-Lock Compact: Features state-of-the-art protectors that are 60% lighter and thinner than standard armor. They remain soft and flexible during normal use, contouring perfectly to the knee, but instantly harden upon impact to effectively absorb and dissipate energy.

• Sorona® Agile Fabric: Constructed from DuPont™ Sorona® Agile sustainable fibers, known for exceptional stretch, durability, and natural stain resistance. This fabric allows the sleeve to sit flush against the leg without causing restricted circulation.

• Flex and Adapt System: This patented design ensures the protector remains constantly seated over the kneecap, moving naturally with the leg's flexion. This guarantees that the protection is in the right place exactly when it's needed most.

• Stability and Ventilation: A soft Knox-branded elastic band with a silicone grip strip prevents the guards from sliding down during riding or walking. The back of the knee features a stretch mesh panel, significantly improving breathability and eliminating discomfort in warmer weather.

Technical Specification:

• Material: Durable Sorona® Agile fabric combined with breathable mesh ventilation panels.

• Protection: Low-profile, CE-certified Micro-Lock Compact knee protectors included as standard.

• Versatility: Hybrid design suitable for motorcycling, e-biking, MTB, and other extreme sports enthusiasts.

• Warranty: 5-year warranty on Micro-Lock protectors upon product registration with the manufacturer.

• Care: Protectors are removable, allowing the stretch sleeves to be easily machine washed.

• Availability: Available in Black; single universal Unisex size.

Intended Use: For riders and athletes seeking "invisible" knee protection that fits easily under any jeans or casual trousers, providing the highest safety standards without sacrificing daily comfort.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Storage: Hang garment in a dry, ventilated environment, out of sunlight and away from direct heat sources. Do not leave on the floor or under heavy items – it may lead to the protectors becoming misshapen, ripped, or damaged in some way. Do not fold jacket or protector in half as this may cause damage to the protector. Keep away from chemical substances that that could damage the material and lose its protective properties.

Maintenance: Regular inspection (at least annually) should be made to the impact protection and fitting system for obvious signs of wear. If the impact protectors are worn or damaged or there is any doubt as to their condition, they should be replaced immediately. It is advised that the protectors are replaced every 5 years regardless of condition.

If the protectors have at any time received an impact due to an accident scenario they should be replaced immediately.

Wash Care:  Carefully remove protectors from the garment before washing. The protectors should be cleaned by hand wash only.
